those 2 weeks challenges are the way to go if you want to know how we work with more precision before buying a program.

Here is how they work :

First : you are going to take a 5 to 15 minutes test to evaluate your level on the skill you chose.

Second : once you sent us your test results, we will sent you the challenge.

Third : you can get to work !

They are made of 15 to 30 minutes session that you can do for a minimum of 3 times per week and up to 6+ sessions for certain programs less taxing physically.
